We are a small family business and we ship orders as time allows, usually within 1-3 business days with USPS priority, occasionally it could be longer due to family obligations or if other unforeseen interruptions arise. As all products are custom made and handcrafted we have a no return, no exchange and no refund policy.
We hold very high standards and target customer satisfaction with every order. Should you receive a product that doesn’t meet your expectations please contact us and we can discuss and try to remedy your concern. International shipping is available upon request.
